I am writing this letter as a way to express my appreciation and
gratitude for the thoroughly efficient and professional manner in which Ms.
Myrna Averia negotiated for me the sale of a house with a single rental
unit.

During these difficult times, Ms. Averia was able to obtain an equitable sale

for my property within a reasonable timefrarne. In my estimation, she went

the proverbial 110% to find and secure that sale. During the entire process

she kept me informed, worked with me to come up with good strategies and

helped me deal with some very difficult LAHD agencies. She made what

could be an ordeal for the seller more tolerable.
